Services Authority.
Drakefield Insurance is a successful operator of travel insurance
websites, based and operated from the UK with customers throughout
the United Kingdom and Ireland. Whilst they transact business on
the Internet they have a call centre that is open seven days a week
to support their Internet customers.

1Stop staff are trained to a high professional standard. All staff
have to complete a three month probation period during which they
are trained in all aspects of the business. All
staff have to complete and pass a rigorous product test before being
accepted full time.
