by the Finance Industry Standards Association (FISA) where the product
is a loan and The Mortgage Code Compliance Board (MCCB) where the
product is a mortgage. Both of these organisations lay strict practice
rules and guidelines and are in close liaison with the Office of
Fair Trading and Trading Standards Authority.
