The BCMS Corporate Company
BCMS Corporate was founded in 1987 by the current owners Brian,
David and Stephen Rebbettes.
BCMS was involved in establishing joint ventures and trading partnerships
for international blue chip clients.
Over
the last ten years, BCMS evolved into BCMS Corporate and has become
the United Kingdom's market leader for selling privately owned companies.
BCMS conclude more 'cold start' business sale 'deals' each year
than any other organisation. These are deals where a buyer was yet
to be found. Most deals in the United Kingdom are buyer initiated
and the resulting lack of competition is one reason why poor deals
are so common.
BCMS Corporate employ approximately a hundred personnel and they
are regularly expanding their team and geographical area of operations.
They have three offices in the UK and representation in Europe and
the USA.
