Venturing
Team:
The Venturing Team will deal with their investment portfolio of
backed ventures. These investments include external and internal
opportunities backed by Capital Partners. Their approach is to back
talented entrepreneurs with innovative business models sharing their
success through an equity position: therefore their success is their
success too. They can cover the entire life cycle of their ventures
from Incubation through angel and VC funding with Capital Partners
Private Equity Ltd.

Advisory Team:
This group is divided in two main divisions:
- Corporate
Advisory Division: This division Capital Partners Corporate Finance
Ltd (www.cpcf.co.uk) is focused on Strategic Advisory Projects,
Restructuring/Turnaround deals (with Private-Exchanges.com Asset
Restructuring platform) and research driven advice within their
space;
- Equity
Capital Markets Division: Based on an electronic Equity marketplace
for their regulated partners' equity offerings and IPOs and private
placements (eOfferings.com) together with a fixed income platform
for new Bond Issues and distressed Liabilities (Bond-Exchanges.com)

firm with operations in the US through Capital Partners America
