Cavendish
Square Property Finance was founded in 2000 by Roger Behagg and
one of the UK's largest private property companies. They operate
totally independently, from their own offices in the heart of London's
property market.
Cavendish Square Property Finance have arranged a wide variety of
senior debt, from smaller investments of less than £1m up
to complex development structures in excess of £50m, for clients
across the UK.
Roger
Behagg established CSPF after 10 years as the head of commercial
lending with a major UK property lending institution. He has been
a property finance banker for 30 years.
John
Rowley-Conwy joined CSPF in 2001 having worked on the development
of on-line brokerage systems with a major US brokerage. Prior to
that he spent 20 years in corporate banking and project finance.
