grants and incentive schemes.
Once
your application is recieved Chesterland present it to one or two
carefully selected lending instutions either in co-operation with
your accountant or on your own account. You may need to have a track
record in manufacturing or wholesaling, in which case Chesterland
will be able to raise 100% of your project costs, or retail or property
investment experience, in which case they can help with up to 80%
of costs.
In most cases Chesterland can arrange additional funding through
the small firms loans guarantee scheme.
The
Small Firms Loan Guarantee Scheme (SFLGS) is a government scheme,
operated in conjunction with the Department of Trade and Industry,
that enables banks to finance business propositions that would not
normally qualify for conventional finance, often because of a lack
of available security or track record.
