About
The Cofunds Company
Cofunds
- The UK's leading independent fund supermarket
Cofunds is an intermediary-only fund supermarket. Their purpose
from the start was to dramatically improve the process of investment
in funds for intermediaries and their clients. They offer a wide
range of products and services and through the Cofunds platform,
intermediaries now have access to 766 funds from 51 fund managers.
Over 4,000 registered intermediary firms are currently registered
to use the service. Cofunds has attracted in excess of over £2.0
billion of funds on behalf of over 120,000 investors.
The vision behind the delivery
The Cofunds mission is simple and straightforward. They aim to become
the fund administrator of choice among intermediaries - and to help
them in generating profitable business growth by providing the products,
services and tools which they need to deliver outstanding service
to their clients.
No
conflicts of interest with their clients
Cofunds is 100 per cent committed to intermediaries. They do not
deal with private investors nor do they deal directly with intermediaries'
own clients. And they do not offer their own investment funds. This
policy, at the very core of the Cofunds business model, allows them
to be truly independent and to focus wholly on supporting the intermediary.
Strong
financial backing
Their prime position in the marketplace is underpinned by the backing
of IFDS, the UK's leading fund administrator, and four of the country's
major fund managers, Gartmore, Jupiter, M&G and Threadneedle.
This support provides a high level of reassurance to their clients
and enables them to commit to a continuing programme of development,
keeping them at the leading edge of technology and service.
A
highly experienced team
The group of investment professionals who make up the Cofunds Executive
Team bring to the task a wealth of experience and knowledge of the
UK funds industry and the intermediary market.
