Consifa
Plc has been established to consolidate existing companies in the
UK IFA sector.
The
intention of Consifa is to acquire small to medium sized IFAs and
to combine them into a nationally company branded firm on a regional
basis, without the loss of individual identity. Thus providing a
broadly based and professionally managed source of consistently
high-standard financial advice for clients.
The
Consifa Mission
The Consifa mission is to identify, acquire and consolidate small
to medium IFA businesses in the United Kingdom. Typically these
businesses will have a turnover of £300,000 to £5,000,000.
To
be the most profitable and prominent IFA Consolidation Fund in the
United Kingdom by providing centralised services such as training,
compliance, accountancy, legal and backup expertise.
To
re-structure to the advantage of principals of acquired companies
so that maximum return is achieved for all shareholders.
