The Consulco Company
The
Consulco group of companies was founded in 1993. The company has
offices in Nicosia, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sofia, Bucharest, Andorra,
Valetta and London. The primary activity of the founding company
Consulco Limited, is tax and financial planning through the formation
and servicing of international business companies in various countries.
Consulco
continuously strives to develop new tax possibilities for their
clients, and provides services through the following jurisdictions:
England, Cyprus, Malta, USA, BVI, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Isle
of Man, Denmark, Jersey, Holland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Netherlands
Antilles, Panama, Seychelles.
The
main services include consultancy at the company formation stage,
which is offered through a network of offices and representatives.
All aspects of the company structure are discussed with clients,
and Consulco can provide full domiciliatory services including the
use of nominee directors and shareholders. Multi-level structures
involving different countries can be custom ordered, as well as
the preparation of specialised documents and their legalisation
in various embassies.
