they have designed CSW Case Notes - a fully scalable, XML-based
solution for Integrated Care Records. CSW Case Notes was inspired
by early pioneers of EPR and EHR in the NHS and is now installed
at key sites around the UK.

of Case Notes with the specialist clinical modules of Scorpio Information
Systems to create Case Notes Clinicals - an Integrated Care Record
System with in-depth clinical functionality.
