History
Dunedin
is a long established UK private equity investment management company.
It
was incorporated in 1983 as British Linen Fund Managers Limited.
In 1989 it was acquired by Dunedin Fund Managers Limited and its
name was changed to Dunedin Ventures Limited. In 1996, the directors
of the company carried out their own management buy-out and the
name was changed to Dunedin Capital Partners Limited.
