Elements
Of Change ( EOC ) was formed in 1993 specifically to design,
market and deliver structured, accredited training and development
programmes for all those involved in making effective and profitable
business change … happen ! Part of the Elements of Change mission
is to promote knowledge, understanding, application skills, research
and development in all matters to do with Business Analysis and
Change Management.
Their
approach resulted in The Diploma in Business Analysis and the Initiative
in Change Management for the Change Professionals and the Individuals,
Teams, Team Leaders and Core Managers impacted by, and instrumental
in, Change.
EOC will continue to invest in their future development to ensure
they remain relevant and contemporary. Client focus and the future
needs of the change makers will shape the core of their approach
