The FreshMinds Company
FreshMinds
was founded in September 2000 by Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond.
They recognised the lack of satisfying part-time work for the most
talented graduates, MBAs and PhD students, and the potential to
provide businesses with access to this bright, motivated, flexible
workforce at extremely competitive rates.
FreshMinds can also help businesses meet their permanent and temporary
recruitment requirements by sourcing and selecting high-calibre
candidates.
FreshMinds
has grown rapidly, developing a large network of first-class 'Minds'
and building a varied client base. Their 500 Minds have a variety
of backgrounds, tending to be either recent graduates, MBAs, PhDs,
or undergraduates. Clients vary from small start-ups to blue-chip
multinationals.
FreshMinds
continue to expand our network of Minds, but without compromising
on their values and the very high recruitment standards that ensure
excellent results and client satisfaction. They aim to develop their
