in 1987 ICAS are now strongly positioned as a leading International
Behavioural Risk Management Consultancy, providing services to over
300 blue chip organisations across all business sectors and the
world.
Their
programmes are designed from four core disciplines: Employee Assistance
Programmes (EAP´s), Consultancy & Training, CRISIScall
and FIRSTcall. All four are aimed at supporting the workforce to
add significantly to organisational performance and employee work-life
balance.
Continued growth of their EAP portfolio has seen ICAS emerge as
one of the UK´s largest and fastest growing EAP providers
with a substantial counselling, information and research resources
both internally and externally via its managed network of over 900
counsellors and multi-disciplined specialists worldwide.
The
ICAS founder and Chairman Dr Michael Reddy is a clinical psychologist
with an international reputation in work-place counselling. ICAS
is an independent limited company with its headquarters and National
Support Centre in Milton Keynes, England supported by a regional
office in Glasgow, Scotland.
ICAS
also have offices in Argentina, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany,
Italy, Netherlands, Southern Africa, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland
in addition to strategic partnerships with providers, who meet the
stringent ICAS procedural, clinical and customer service requirements,
in Australasia, and North and South America.
