James
Brearley & Sons provide a wide range of services from traditional
management and dealings through to high-tech Internet share trading.
James
Brearley & Sons was established in 1919 in Blackpool, Lancashire.
James Brearley had made his fortune dealing in cotton mill shares
and these, with other local stocks, were the mainstay of the business
up to the 1940s.
The
sons, Ken and Harry joined him in 1945 with Roger, Ken's son, starting
in 1963. Roger is now the sole family member and is Chairman of
our Company, which employs some 120 people across nine offices.
What started out as a modest local concern has blossomed to be a
major Brokerage offering a wide range of services from traditional
management and dealings through to high-tech Internet share trading.
