The Marsden Building Society Company
With
Marsden Mortgage Options they are confident that they can provide
a product and a service to help you in buying your new home or in
remortgaging to the Society. Across the North West (Lancashire,
Greater Manchester, Fylde, Lakeland & Cheshire) they provide
new mortgages and remortgages up to a maximum of 95%. For properties
in other parts of the country across England & Wales they will
lend up to a maximum of 80%.
The
Society subscribes to the Mortgage Code. There are three levels
of service under the Code (1) Advice & Recommendation (2) Information
on the different types of mortgage product (3) Information on a
single mortgage product only. The Society provides level (2) and
(3).
Marsden Building Society offer fixed, capped, cashback, flexible,
tracker and discounted rate mortgages. For further information,
