About
The Morgan DeVere Company
Morgan DeVere is committed to its clients and as such it enters
in to a Service Level Agreement with each assignment. Each client
is assigned a Relationship Manager and there are procedures put
in place to deal with reporting, problem resolution, and collection
issues.
Their
Service Level Agreement covers the following areas of the client
relationship:
Collection
of Unsecured Debts:
Morgan DeVere will collect your debts in a cost effective and ethical
way operating at all times within Best Practice Guidelines and UK
Law.
New
Accounts/ Instructions:
Morgan DeVere undertake to process your new accounts / instructions
the next business day following receipt.
Regular
Reporting at a frequency and in a format to suit you.
To
agree their fees and charges at the outset of the instruction and
keep those fees and charges fixed for the period of the contract.
Naturally this excludes third party costs and fees such as court
fees etc.
To
remit monies recovered to you in accordance with the Agreement but
in any event at least once a month.
To
operate a monthly accounting period for costs incurred as indicated
above.
To
treat all information you give us a confidential and not to disclose
it to anyone without your consent.
To
endeavour to respond to all letters within 2 working days from receipt,
all fax and e-mail communications before the end of the following
working day, and return all telephone calls within 2 hours.
