The PDSA Company
In
2008 PDSA celebrated ninety one years of caring for the sick and
injured animals of people in need.
The PDSA are proud of their heritage, their achievements and their
values. Because these that have made PDSA what it is today; the
UK's leading veterinary charity. But they cannot afford to stand
still as the need for their veterinary care is as great as ever.
As is PDSA’s determination to expand their PetAid services.
PDSA is the largest private employer of fully qualified veterinary
surgeons and veterinary nurses in Europe.

PDSA was founded in 1917 by Maria Dickin CBE, an animal welfare
pioneer.
