Formed in 1850, Royal Liver Assurance provides life assurance, savings
and pension products in both the UK and Ireland.
Royal
Liver Insurance Services Limited
Formed in 1994, Royal Liver Insurance Services provides general
branch products including motor and home insurance, travel insurance
as well as wedding and mortgage payment protection insurance. RLIS
also provides commercial insurance.
Royal
Liver Mortgage Services
Formed in 1996, Royal Liver Mortgage Services offers independent
and free mortgage advice to current and potential customers.
Royal
Liver Management Services
Formed in 2000 and provides administrative services to other life
offices.

Liver Asset Managers
Formed in 2000 and is acting as the Royal Liver's ISA manager.
Caledonian
Insurance Company (Caledonian Life)
Formed in 1923 and acquired in 2000. It is the Broker Operations
Division working in Ireland - Caledonian Life web site.

Life Ireland
Formed in 1989 and acquired in 2000. It is a unit linked life office
that is now closed to new business.
