Richard
Andrew Rhys Francis
After a career in Accountancy and Banking Rhys moved into Financial
Services in 1980 and established Rhys Francis & Partners in
1983.
Allan
John Maurice Hutchins M.S.F.A.
After 12 years in Building Societies Allan joined Rhys in 1986.
In February 1999 Allan successfully completing the Advanced Financial
Planning Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. As a
result Allan is a member of the Society of Financial Advisers (SOFA).

Peter
Jones
Peter spent 6 years at Barclays Bank before switching to Barclays
Life where he attained membership of the Pinnacle Club for 9 years
and was number 3 in the country for sales before leaving to become
an Independent Financial Adviser when he joined Rhys Francis and
Partners in 1994. Peter became a Partner in 1996 specialising in
the Group Pensions Market.
