About
The SportsCover Direct Company
SportsCover Direct was established in 1991 by people who are passionate
about sport, from skiing to skydiving, walking to windsurfing. They
recognised the importance of adequate insurance and, over time,
have built up a deep knowledge of the industry and how to get the
best price for the cover required for any specific sport.
The
SportsCover Direct team are fully up to date with trends in the
insurance industry and keep abreast of any new developments.
The
policies are all underwritten at Lloyd’s of London and the
company is a member of the General Insurance Standards Council (GISC),
whose main purpose is to make sure that general insurance customers
are treated fairly.
SportsCover
Direct uses two specialist partner companies to handle Personal
Assistance on a 24 hour basis (SAS) and Claims (SCS), ensuring that
they are always dealt with in an efficient and fair manner.
