The Swansea Building Society Company

Building Society was founded as a mutual Building Society in 1923
they have remained true to the principle of maximising benefits
for their members.
From their base in Swansea they offer a compact, efficient, innovative
and friendly approach to serving investment and mortgage requirements.
As
a lender, their highly experienced underwriters will assess all
types of mortgage propositions on their individual merits, offering
a quick and efficient decision making service. In addition the Society
is proud to offer their "FlexiPlus" mortgage scheme -
the original and totally flexible mortgage scheme offering features
such as borrowing for almost any purpose, chequebook access to funds,
repayment holidays and many more.
Swansea Building Society have a range of investment
products to suit most requirements and are more than happy to assist
by explaining each product.
The
Society is a member of the Building Societies Association and the
Council of Mortgage Lenders. They subscribe to the Banking Code
and Mortgage Code, copies of which are available upon request Contact
Page, or alternatively online at the Banking Code Standards Board
/ Mortgage Code Compliance Board.
The
Society is regulated by the Financial Services Authority and belongs
to the Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme, details of the scheme
