The
Whiting & Partners offices are run by their experienced Partners,
whose specialist knowledge is complemented by the whole group. So
although you may be situated close to only one of the offices, their
whole group of specialists are close at hand to offer their asisistance.
Whiting & Partners is an established and expanding firm of chartered
accountants which provides a comprehensive range of business advisory
services to a wide clientele from individuals to substantial companies.
The firm was established in 1928 by the late Walter F. Whiting and
has grown over the years to an organisation with eight offices and
over 130 members of staff.
The
client portfolio is varied including professional, commercial, agricultural
and industrial businesses as well as the many clients who require
personal advice in relation to their taxation affairs.
Whilst
audit, accounting and taxation are an essential core service, Whiting
& Partners have developed to offer a wide range of consultancy
and other services. They regard themselves as business advisers
working in a positive way to help their clients achieve their business
and personal objectives, by Adding Value. To the prospective client,
all firms of accountants may look alike. So how are we different
from our competitors? We are an East Anglian firm which for over
70 years has had its roots deep in the local community. This knowledge
of the local and business environment ensures a first class service.
Whilst
many of our partners trained with the firm, others have joined after
qualifying, bringing with them skills and experience gained from
a variety of large and small practices.

ensure that clients are not bombarded with unnecessary letters and
circulars but just those relevant to their particular needs. Clients
are advised of changes in legislation particularly taxation matters
by the issue of new sheets as appropriate.

& Partners know that it is essential to keep clients up to date
and they do this by sending individual letters and relevant circulars
to their clients on tax and other financial changes and for any
client who requests, they have for some years supplied a summary
of the annual budget provisions and a tax planning bulletin.
